This paper explores how AI will change medical reasoning.

I coined the term “Cognology” to describe how AI will evolve as a distinctly cognitive force. This paper lays out that thinking.

I think AI will challenge our epidemiological focus on population health. Replacing that will be N-of-1 modelling, or personalisation, which has the added benefit of enabling clinical models of digital twins. This paper considers the social justice aspects.

With my background in health policy development, I consider here the implications for policy from AI.
